Songwriters on Skyline 500 is an intimate acoustic series at Shelby’s Trio featuring No. 1 hit songwriters and acclaimed artists. More than a concert, it’s an up-close look at the music, with stripped-down performances and the stories behind the songs.
Andy Albert is a Grammy and ACM nominated, Nashville-based singer/songwriter originally from Roswell, Georgia. Since moving to Nashville in 2011 he has co-written 200+ songs for various Country, rock, and pop artists. Notable cuts include Lainey Wilson’s current #1 single “Somewhere Over Laredo”, Dustin Lynch “Thinking ‘Bout You” (6-week #1 and Billboard’s longest running top-10 in Country Airplay chart history) and “Good Girl”, LoCash “Hometown Home”, , Dan+Shay “Bigger Houses”, Mitchell Tenpenny “We Got History”, Blake Shelton “She’s Got A Way With Words”, and many more. He has also written songs for Tim McGraw, Hardy, Kid Rock, Carrie Underwood, LANY, and many others.
Justin Ebach is an Award-winning writer and producer hailing from Tampa, FL. He’s a Two-Time SESAC Songwriter of the Year and has penned Six #1 Songs- most recently with Jon Pardi’s ‘Your Heart Or Mine,’ Luke Bryan’s ‘Down To One,’ along with Brett Young’s multi-platinum Debut Single ‘Sleep Without You’ and ‘Here Tonight,’ (co-written with Lady A’s Charles Kelley) Jordan Davis’s Multi-Platinum ‘Singles You Up’ and Dustin Lynch’s Platinum selling ‘Good Girl.’ His songs have been recorded by Tucker Wetmore, Luke Bryan, Jason Aldean, Keith Urban, Cole Swindell, Lady A, Warren Zeiders, and many more.
