Meet Executive Chef & GM Juan Peralta
In 2022, Juan Peralta was invited to join the team at Shelby's Trio by Joe and Cathi Maynard and has been an essential part in launching this unique restaurant concept! Chef Juan Peralta has thoroughly enjoyed creating the menus for Skyline 500, Trattoria di Cat, and Joe's Garage. He looks forward to continuing his journey, bringing individuals, families, and communities together through delicious meals and dining excellence!
